About us – A (fairly) short story

Well, this is really an about me, rather than an about us. And I’m really only going to talk about how this website came to be. So with that in mind, here I go.

I first noticed Sara Rue when she appeared on the CBS show The Big Bang Theory. I watched the next two episodes, also with Sara guest starring, and I started to enjoy her physical reactions to the situations around her. I’m still a bit annoyed with the way they seem to have dropped the character. Leonard tells her he thinks it would be better for their relationship if she moved back to her apartment instead of living with him, and that’s it…? Just doesn’t sound like she’s really gone. Maybe she’s not. Anyway, to move on with my story…

I watched Gypsy 83. Sara Rue, even as a goth chick, still looks good. And by this point I guess there was a fair emotional investment on my part with her characters, and with the subject matters portrayed in the movie… That movie messed me up emotionally for a bit, and just made me appreciate Sara even more. After that…

I started finding out other shows and movies Sara has appeared in, and I seem to have watched a bunch of them but never really noticed her until now. Though I certainly remember the 80s episode of Will and Grace, because I enjoy most of the styles form the 80s and Sara Rue’s character had AMAZING hair in that. Heh heh. Moving on!

I’ve watched the television series ‘Popular’ recently, and the series ‘Less Than Perfect’ as it seemed to air on television during a period where I had stopped watching television.

The interwebs had a stunning lack (read: none) of devoted web pages to this actress, and I figured, why not? I’ll throw one together. Collect some pics, rewrite a bio, and even put up some video clips. It’s fun to watch her characters, and it gives me something to do as well.

I will remove anything if the copyright holders ask me to, but I’m hoping they won’t as I’m only promoting everything this actress has been in. Also, none of this is for any sort of profit, so hopefully they won’t feel I’m acting unprofessional by having this site.
